Contemporary Ballet Intermediates - Advanced

Lisa has developed a unique contemporary-ballet class based on her classical training, GYROTONIC® and Pilates Education. Her emphasis on alignment, form, and musicality enables dancers to meet the increasing technical and artistic demands of dance.

Her warm-up will be a ballet barre using contemporary music focuses on strength and condition of the  body, use weight exchange, off center work, core work and balances, while using the body in a full range o motion on every plane.

The First part - We continue to learn new steps being open mind to any  challenge and transitions to enable us to dance and express ourselves with excellence.

The second part - should be challenge a choreography that she might like to improvise on place which is also challenge the dancers to be ready in any way as possible.

There is a focus on "healthy" technique to create strong/flexible bodies! Very good for refreshing your ballet foundaiton and for professional dancers.

Her session structure and approach supports a strong focus on development and fulfillment of individual potential and talent.
