Broadway Workshop with Lisa for Beginner / Intermediate

Lisa has been touring as a dancer soloist on different Broadway productions, and started choreographing Shows and Events for different Casinos in different countries. She is used to work on stage with professional Dancers, Singers, Comedians and Models.

She has developed along the way a unique Broadway Class based on her experience, 30 years of training and coaching professional dancers, which it gave her the ability to create and adapt her teaching to any class level, from very beginners who have never tried to dance before, to motivated advanced non-professional.

THE WORKSHOP

The first part of the session is the warm-up, a special Awakening mixing different methods as GYROKINESIS® and Pilates, to start gently with fluid spine movements according to your breathing, followed by core work and legs stretching.

All guided by inspiring music.

The second part will make you experience a “contemporary ballet barre” for Alignment, with emphasis Postures. Leading you to acquire a minimum of basic techniques, in order to perform the Routine in the last part of the class.

The third part will be Diagonal work, focused on a healthy technique with kicks, spin, chaines, short loops of routines, on rhythm, counts and fun !

The last part will be the Broadway choreography, transporting you in the atmosphere of stage performance, using a dynamic music to challenge your personality and musicality. Activating your sense of coordination, to express your talent and let it Pop !
